iPhoners have protested against FBI plans to break (into) the iPhone, to open a back door, to dig a tunnel under the wall. In fact, Apple wants to stay a virtual or technological North Korea (a world of its own with strict rules and control of every program & app & solution connected to the phone = iMonopoly).

FBI had asked Apple to join in the war on terrorism, and Apple said no. But FBI got a little help from their friends instead:
"FBI unlocks shooter's iPhone without Apple's help".

So the next step in the iPhonobia pull chain is probably, that terrorists will not trust iPhones either (their Tor net in the land of smartphones).
Perhaps they too will have to beg FBI for some mercy & decency?

The true twist of the knot is, that now - as FBI and their little helpers succeeded in unlocking an iPhone - Apple has asked FBI for help, in their turn, with breaking the unbreakable phone.

Of course Apple said no to FBI in the first place, as they didn't know themselves how to do it, fix it:
"Apple wants the FBI to reveal how it hacked the San Bernardino killer's iPhone".

The present Chief executive officer of Apple, Tim Cook, who joined Apple in March 1998 (the year when Apple replaced the Rainbow Logo) has now spoken out in Bloomberg Businessweek:

"While I have never denied my sexuality, I haven’t publicly acknowledged it either, until now. So let me be clear: I’m proud to be gay, and I consider being gay among the greatest gifts God has given me."
