The Chef Eats His Flowers

Need to do | Do to need:
Arrange romaine lettuce as petals on a plate.
Slice florence fennel and avocado,
put them on the petals, as hands of clock.
Spread and scatter cherry tomatos
or grape tomatos all over the plate.
Tear basil leaves, drop in between.

Spill over:
Mix of salt, crushed black pepper,
olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Eat, enjoy and flourish:
